We went to Great Sage last night and I had the Vegetarian Pho. It was SOOO good! The depth of flavor developed in the broth without meat was completely unexpected. The service was great and the owner took the time to come to each table and make sure everyone was satisfied and enjoying their meal. We'll be back!

Amazing vegan food and alcohol!! Service is always prompt, helpful and with a smile. Cozy and clean!!

The food a was good if you are really looking for straight vegan food. I recommend keeping it raw and simple. Wasn't crazy about anything I order. The crab cake was too sweet and the Mac and cheese was extremely oily. The spinach artichoke was delicious and filling. The service was excellent and they have plenty seating inside and out. The bar is fully stocked and they have great raw juice options. They even have live music some days.

Hey friends! I'm on the journey to becoming vegetarian then eventually vegan. So I was super excited to try this highly recommended vegan restaurant. Great Sage offers a 100% vegan menu with locally sourced items. Our food was amazing. I forgot my meal was even vegan lol. We started off with the Buffalo Bites($10/HH price) as an appetizer. They had the perfect balance of crisp and soft. My godmom ordered the Portabella Bulgogi Bowl($24). She enjoyed it. The various flavors of the dish complement each other well. I ordered the Black Bean Burger served with hand-cut fries($20). It was so delicious, I was not expecting the burger to be so flavorful. The hand-cut fries were perfect, not overly salty or greasy. Only distaste was that the burger fell apart as I ate it and become very messy. The star of the evening was the Bread Pudding($10/HH price). It features a cinnamon chocolate blend topped with dairy-free whipped cream. The texture was amazingly soft and moist. I'm still thinking about that cake days later lol! Service was friendly. She was patient as my godmother and I couldn't decide on our entrees because everything was tempting lol. The interior is intimate. The bar is small and has about 5 seats. We sat on their outdoor patio, which is intimate as well. We went on a Friday evening and there was a live band playing! Parking is plentiful. I'm elated that I've found a close, affordable vegan restaurant. Make sure to check out their happy hour menu on weeknights and visit their site to view their live music calendar! Enjoy! With love, The Picky Pescatarian.

I'm in awe of this "adult" mac & cheese. Wow wow wow! It doesn't get much better than. Upon first bite I thought "this is pretty good -- solid" and then as I kept eating it just continued to taste even better. Creamy, rich, and tasty. Exactly what I want in mac & cheese (which is my absolute favorite food, btw). If I'm nitpicking, I wish the broccoli were cut smaller so I didn't have to cut it, but who gives a flip when it tastes this good?! The service is good -- I was greeted by the owner and my waitress was very pleasant. Food came out quickly after ordering and was piping hot! It's a pretty big space with a good number of tables. I'll be very happy to come back the next time I'm in town!

We decide on an impromptu Mother's Day lunch here. I called around 11:30am and asked if they had availability at 1pm. They said the restaurant is all booked but outdoor seating might be open. We arrived at 12:58pm and they were able to seat us immediately. The outdoor patio is very cute and has umbrellas to block out the sun. Our server was also the same person who sat us and we were told the restaurant is slammed and people are working multiple roles. No worries, we expected it on Mother's Day. We placed our order for: Artichoke dip with crostini Nachos with blackened chicken Bean burger (non-gluten bread rather than a bun) The thing about this place is they can pretty much cater to all your dietary needs. My wife who is on a specific diet at the moment was able to eat everything. They even accommodated the crostini with a gluten free option for her. Everything tasted great and you would never be able to guess it's vegan 99% of the time (except the blackened chicken). This place is under new management and has definitely improved over the last few months. We did carryout from here a few times last year and were really turned off by the mandatory 15% tip on ALL carryout orders. That requirement is now gone and I'm happy to see management is running the restaurant better than the previous owners.

This is a lovely vegan brunch sport to catch up with friends and family. The food is healthy and delicious. Staff are friendly to attend to your orders and brighten your day. There is ample parking available in the parking lot.

Yes, they are fully vegan (plant-based) and before you shake your head no, believe me when I say they serve up some of the most tasteful dishes I have had. For example, the menu offers ingredients that you wouldn't be able to try unless you travel a lot--ingredients that are ordered from around the world! Guaranteed high-quality gourmet styled dishes each visit! Their coffee and breakfast bar open Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM until 11:30 AM. If you are here for coffee, you must try the Magic Mushroom Hot Maca-Latte! In addition to espresso and coffee, they have smoothies (Green Machine Smoothie for the win) and fresh pressed juices (ginger elixir--sooooo good). Brunch is served on the weekends from 9:00 AM through 3:00 PM (I recommend the apple cinnamon pancakes). On Thursday and Friday from 7:30 PM until 9:30 PM they have live music. On Thursday the have 1/2 all wine bottles up until 5:00 PM! Please be aware that 15% gratuity is added to carry out orders and breakfast bar orders.

Great Sage has been on my list for a while and I'm so glad I finally got to try it. We went on a Wednesday and I noticed they do 10% for teachers on Wednesdays if you show your ID badge. The ambiance was nice and the servers were very pleasant and accommodating to a friend who has severe nut allergies. We ordered the artichoke dip to start and it was really delicious and flavorful. For dinner I ordered the adult Mac and cheese. It was made with rigatoni and has broccoli and cannelloni beans in it. It was pretty good, but didn't WOW me. I think the server said it was made with daiya cheese which isn't my favorite out of the vegan cheese brands. The vegan crab cakes were flavorful and good too. I liked the asparagus a lot.
